All scouts must bring a blue card with them with the scout information section filled out beforehand to each class to turn into the Merit Badge Counselor

NOTE: Requirements not completed at MBU can be completed before MBU and turned into the MBU counselor for credit as long as relevant documentation is provided or they can be completed after MBU with another merit badge counselor.
